On the occasion of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the government of Xiangshan District of Guilin and Lichuang Residential Community jointly held the first “Stay away from Drugs and Lead a Colorful Life” theme publicity and “GRM-Lichuang Cup” Table Tennis Match of Xiangshan District at Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (GRM). GRM, together with another 16 teams, took part in the activity. The teams were from the Public Security Sub-bureau of Xiangshan District, organs directly under the CPC Guilin Committee, the government of Xiangshan District, Sports Association of Xiangshan District, Transport Bureau of Xiangshan District, Lichuang Residential Community and table tennis clubs of other districts of Guilin. The event attracted many high-level table tennis players, including retired athletes from the former No.2 National Youth Table Tennis Team and the Table Tennis Team of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. During the event, activities related to drug control safety were arranged, including knowledge competition, signing activity and visiting anti-drug publicity base. The activities were held in a lively atmosphere and attracted many table tennis players.

On such an occasion, the government of Guilin called on enterprise employees and community residents to take an active part in drug control, promote “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress”, namely the underlying trend of the times, establish a social network for drug control with love and wisdom, strive to build a harmonious socialist society and assume social responsibilities!
